These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Finyatra’s payment services and platform (“Services”). By registering as a Merchant or User, you accept all terms herein and in our linked policies (AUP, Privacy, Refund & Cancellation).
Services are for Indian businesses and individuals who have completed onboarding and KYC verification.
You confirm that all submitted information (business name, PAN, GST, bank details, etc.) is **accurate and kept updated**.
Applicable Service Fees (TDR/MDR, subscription, and others) are deducted as per your signed agreement and are **non-refundable once incurred**.
Finyatra reserves the right to modify fee structures and will notify Merchants of significant changes.
You shall not use the platform for any goods, services, or activities **prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy or under Indian law**—including illegal products, unlicensed financial services, adult or gambling content, hate speech, counterfeit goods, or predatory business practices.
Finyatra may suspend, withhold funds, or terminate accounts found to be in violation.
Successful payment collections are typically settled into your designated bank account within T+2 business days, subject to bank holidays and risk reviews.
Chargebacks/disputes are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy; a **₹750 processing fee** is applied per dispute.
All personal and business data is handled per our **Privacy Policy**.
Merchants acknowledge responsibility for their own compliance regarding **end-customer data and privacy**.
Finyatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for policy violations, fraud risk, or regulatory compliance lapses.
Early termination fees may apply as defined in your service agreement.
Finyatra’s maximum aggregate liability is limited to amounts charged to you in the **preceding three months**.
You agree to **indemnify Finyatra** against claims or losses resulting from your breach of these terms, policy violations, or failure to comply with laws.
This Agreement is governed by Indian law.
All disputes are subject to the **exclusive jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh courts**.
By accepting these Terms, you also agree to Finyatra’s published **Refund, Privacy, and Acceptable Use Policies**.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email and/or platform announcements.
You affirm acceptance by checking the **“I Agree” box** during account registration. Finyatra securely records this acceptance for legal compliance.
